Cardiac Rehabilitation Services Prince William

Cardiac Rehab Services Prince William offers a personalized treatment plan, including evaluation and instruction.

Our services include:

• Exercise sessions monitored by exercise physiologists and registered nurses
• Group education on heart disease risk factors
• Nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian

The program is medically supervised and is designed to improve cardiovascular health and educate participants about risk factors for heart disease. It’s available to those who have had a heart attack, angioplasty or coronary stenting, coronary artery bypass surgery, current stable angina, heart valve repair or replacement, heart transplant, or stable chronic heart failure.

Participates need a referral from their doctor.
